Garages

There are two six-vehicle garages in Rivard Park. They are accessed by driveways at the side of the complex. The East Side drive adjacent to 319 Rivard; the West side adjacent to 339 Rivard.

The buildings have been updated and repaired over the decades. The units in the garages are titled to individual properties and should be considered as an outbuilding to each home for insurance coverage purposes. There is no overall garage building insurance coverage. 

There is one metered power supply to each building. Owners share the monthly electricity costs on an equal per-share basis. Currently, neither garage has special wiring or metering for e-vehicle charging.

Street parking is available on both sides of Rivard Blvd.
