Insurance

Because each home is individually owned, the owners are responsible for insuring their own properties for fire and casualty. NOTE that properties should not have “condominium” or renter’s insurance. Proof of coverage must be provided to the HOA on a yearly basis. Coverage should include the assigned garage stalls for each home.

The HOA is actively working on finding a common insurer for all residents, as required in our bylaws.

The HOA carries policies to cover directors and officers of the association and a general liability policy for workers hired by the association. It does not have any coverage for individual homes and homeowners.
